As I said before I didn't find this to be tacky, and now as I look at it again that really is the one big flaw in the phot just not meeting the challenge.

The photo itself is well done, good focus, interesting color and nice lighting.

Yes it does fit the challenge no question about that definately tacky!

As for the compostition it just is there doesn't grab the attention of the view, perhaps not so tight of a crop on the reindeer and showing more of the decorations around it would have added to the tackiness of the reindeer.

Only thing I see tacky here are the way the lights are draped in around nativity. The photo though does need a little work on it, it is to soft and out of focus and also the lighting is just to dark. Brightness could have improved the photo.

Yes I feel this could meet the challenge as being tacky. It does boarder it, bizzarre might be better words for it.

The composition is a bit on the boring side, had the mailbox been more off to the right I think it would have helped.

I liked this photo when I saw it. It is a very pretty shot, but I wouldn't call that tacky. Even with the desaturation of color here I would have to say it is a beautiful attention getter.

If I were you I would print it and take it to the mall where you took the photo and offer it to the mall office to add to the mall scrapbook. Include a business card or at the very least your name and phone number written on the back of it. Often photos like these are bought for the holiday advertsing the following holiday season.

This is such a nice image the colors are strong and bold as well as very strong at grabbing attention. My only dislike for the entire image is those white letters distract from the beauty of the sunset. I'm not sure what color I would have use, if I would have used also the same pink as your boarder or not, but that white seem to pull attention from the beauty of the sunset.
