Day 7 Bee Balm & Pest (color)by annigComment: I do believe I like this color version better. Not only does that scarab beetle have a metallic sheen, so do the stamens! I would like to see a little more negative space on the left. |

Day-7-Tentacles-IMG_0114.jpgby JerseyGenieComment: Has a nice 3D feel to it - textures are outstanding. Wonderful contrast of the sharp, spiky outgrowths against the soft blurred background. This composition really only needs two adjustments, IMO. Crop just a bit off the top and brighten it up a smidge and you've got a winner. |

Water Drop technique testby ephlnComment: That's a neat idea to use a paintbrush to put ON droplets where you want them. I'll have to try it sometime.
I do wish this was in better focus because your composition is well thought out. Love the yellow-orange color. |

Day Sevenby TuckersmomComment: Because these flowers grow on a vine, I would like to see more of the plant included in your composition. They have neat winding tendrils. I remember my own mother had some of these growing up a lightpole. I like the blue, purple, and white combination of colors. |

Day 7 - Purple Puffy things...by KelliComment: Do go back! I think that the way you have composed this is terrific (except for the inclusion of the yellow flower); the lighting is just way too harsh. I absolutely love the texture of these petals and hope to see a redo. :) |
