Lighting is waaay to flat here, INMHO. A single key light coming from 45-70 degrees off center & the same amount up would have provided more modeling. Centered framing is unpleasant here as well.

I absolutely love this photo and gave you your only 10. I am absolutely shocked to see where it finished in this challenge. Many DPC voters can not see beyond blur. I am adding this to my favorites right now.

Everything looks out of focus. If it had been in focus, you may want to consider cropping it just in front of the girl in yellow.
