Technically, this image looks pretty good. In terms of content, I really am unsure what you mean to say with this image, although it does get me thinking about if I should be cynical about how people, especially the U.S., handles wars. I'm not sure if that was the intent... so overall, as propaganda, my guess is that it's not inspiring the opinion you want it to inspire, if anything.

Very nice image of propaganda. In terms of content, maybe you would've had a stronger effect if your background ad wasn't from a computer monitor... the monitor kind of weakens the seriousness of the message (unless you wanted it to be quirky/humorous, but htne it loses some of its propaganda-flavor).
