This is very pretty, and I like the symmetry of the composition. The colour feels slightly flat, though.. it lacks warmth; it might benefit from conversion to a duotone, or a tiny bit of levels tweaking - of course, that might also throw away the detail of the candle. At any rate, it's a unique photo that meets the challange fairly well.

While this definitely fits the challenge, I don't personally find it particularly interesting, and it feels a tad imbalanced with more white to the right and top than the bottom. Also, the blown out whites contrast just a tad too much with the shutters and the view (to my eyes, anyway). The shutters also clash a bit with the view, which is not, in itself, very interesting. Overall, I do like the photo - it has the potential to have very vivid colours, and it's very creatively done - but I would like if it felt a bit more balanced.

Adorable! Very cute photo, and it's well composed. I like the duotone, and the framing seems to suit the subject well. My only complaint is that it looks perhaps slightly oversharpened, but that could just be the grain of the photo, which I like. Nice job!
