Windsor Place. The largest plantation ever built in Mississippi in the 1890's. It didn't last long, it burned down about six years after it was completed. It was used as a backdrop for the Movie "Rain Tree County" with Elizabeth Taylor and Montgomery Cliff shot in the early fifties. Nice color and angle, good shot. Hopefully you also had the time to visit the Church while you were there. Both of these are way off the beaten path.

Forgotten Railway Station

This picture was taken in Poplar Bluff, MO. It is an old RR station and the stairs lead up to the street across from which was a grand hotel that is no longer there. I have a shot of the same stairs taken from the ground looking upward. If I am right email my at rcox24@tampabay.rr.com.
