Sorry but it's boring. The subject and immediate surroundings are doing nothing to keep my attention, so including more (possibly even what is being waited for) might have helped.

I like the idea of the blurred walker vs the standing people, but it would have worked better if the blur werent covering those waiting so much.

Blurred tail end (low depth of field?) seems to imply motion, so sense of waiting is gone.

Great idea, the contrasting lines are bothering me a bit...you could have probably created a better effect if you composed a bit better (not saying it should necc be "not confusing," but I think it might have worked out better another way)

There's a lot of potential for this photo to annoy those who hate distractions...but I think in the end all of the lines and their distracting nature only serve to help bring out the boy more. Good job.

The high level of contrast doesn't work well with the distracting nature of the elements in the photo. It ends up being really hard to figure out what is going on.
