Close encounterby CorwynComment: Tack sharp, incredible pose and great DOF for isolating the subject. Really impressive. |

Fun in the Sunby SDWComment: I like the color and softeness of the flowers to the left, and also the light on the very edges of the wings. Nice job. |

Give me a kissby agwrightComment: Certainly a different pic. Worst I can say about it is that the catch light in the eye is a bit distracting. Interesting viewpoint and tack-sharp focus. |

All Aflameby ElemmennopeComment: I like the color and the subject. IMHO, maybe things are a little too chaotic. I found my eye kind of wandering around the photo looking for a dominant subject or place to rest my eyes. Good effort. |

Out of the Mistby Judith PolakoffComment: I don't know if this is real or post processed up the ying yang but I like it all the same. The softness of the colors and the dominance of gray is really cool. |

Mohonk Mountain Houseby JMSComment: I've seen a lot of pics of this place but I don't think from this particular viewpoint. Beautiful area of NY. I like how you shot this with a diagonal view instead of straight-on, and you had some great light and color to work with. Nice photo. |

Green eyesby JinjitComment: Beautiful eyes and I like how the background is so colorful. IMO, the bar in front is too distracting and takes the focus off of your subject. The lighting is a bit flat, maybe from an on-camera flash. |

Fog Boundby duncesComment: Great flight capture. I love how one has the wings down and the other up. Very soft colors and a dream-like look to it from the fog. Focus could have been sharper but that might have required a small miracle. |
