Selfportraitby RemieComment: Looks like a classic selfportrait of a painter. Interesting. |

A good prospectby jjbeguinComment: A good year. :-)
Good exposure. Lighting left some hard shadows on the background -/-. |

Amber Brkich of Survivor II: Australiaby alanfreedComment: I like the position in which she is portrayed. Exposure and stuff like that is good, but the lighting leaves one thing to be desired and that is the shadow from the hair on her face. I can't see a shadow of the hat or on the background, so that is good. |

Aaronby greenem2Comment: I like the position of the head. Not head on, but a bit sideway's, nice touch.
Good exposure, good dof. Nice lighting. It is one of a few picture's my eye is drawn to when I look at the thumbnails. |

Bike stopby pikytoComment: Oh yeah, mountain roads rule! I bet the person is pointing excitedly at some twisties and hairpins. :) |

Traveling Through Hidalgoby JEMComment: Funny subject. Nice composition, good color.
Seems to be overexposed at the right and in the background. Perhaps that could be avoided? Too bad a tighter crop would go throug the sign. |

Bird's Head Southby crabappl3Comment: Very clear shot, the birds seem to be very far away. Yet there is still detail under the wings and in the head area. Shot with a low sun? The frame enhances the image, not bad at all. |

A weary traveler restsby bil99Comment: Original subject. :)
Good field of focus on the main subject. Sharp, nice colors.
Wonder what a tighter crop will do. |

I am so late!by hardwaybetsComment: I like the motion blur. It does a good job at telling the story of the person in the frame. Could be that he/she was just walking, but the way the picture is done it says: Gotta run, I am late!!! |
