Too much ground. I would prefer a closer shot. Of more of the primary subject. Seems to be a lot of wasted space here at the bottom and around the sides. Your real subject is right there in the middle. Zoom in.

I don't like looking at people from behind. A person's story is in his or her eyes. You could have snapped a "candid" shot from in front of these people...candid is not necessarily "secret" or "without being seen".
Could have used a little bit more depth in the photo too, maybe another angle where the street plays more of a role...
Photo a bit soft too, maybe wrong shutter speed?
