Model Of The Month (Cosmo)

First things first, a modeling photo needs to have a much more striking background than this. Even if it was just a big blur, that would be better. Secondly, the way he is leaning over broodingly, he looks more like a musician than a Cosmo model. Cosmo models have big smiles, perfect lighting, and flawless makeup. Clothes too. Musicians can get away with casual, models can not. Just a few thoughts.

I love the background of this shot, although I kinda wish the climber was more than just a silhoutte. It makes me lose the scope of the image. Well, it's like the foreground is telling me one thing and the background is telling me another, and I like the background more :)

interesting use of the puddle for reflection. Kind of a shame the sky is such a bland gray, but it is still a very nice (night?) shot. I would suggest cropping off the left edge just slightly, so that there is more balance between those two, I believe they are trash cans. Just a thought.
