Nice arrangement of the grasses. The sucker branch on the tree and the background detail are distracting. Try finding an angle to hide the branch, and open up the aperture to blur out the background more.

Horse is nicely in focus, but trees are too central to be so out of focus, either increase DOF or move trees further right and less central.
