The Great Pyramids of Taiwanby Marc923Comment: Extra point for the title! This is perfect!
One of my favorites near the top. Best of luck to you!
Guess: Similar to a meat hammer (to soften meat), but I don't think it is. I'm guessing it's a "grippy gear thingy"! |

Alien Mountain at Sunriseby challengedpComment: Excellent title and image - very crisp.
One of my favorites at the top, even though the size could have been maximized just a bit more.
Well done!
Guess: Edge of a leaf of some kind, backlit. |

Abstract XIIby chaliceComment: Fantastic composition and colors! Even the grain adds to the image. Well done! One of my images at the top.
Guess: It's a succulent where the leaves overlap. |

Jaggedby cginoComment: This is so cool! One of my top picks!
Guess: It's a rock crystal, like a geode, backlit and frontlit.
Bottom line - beautiful! (It inspires two valleys bordering a moutain range in my minds eye.) |

Patterns on Yellowby johnmcbostonComment: This is really cool, but the image size matters a lot in a challenge! If this were a 640x640, I would have probably scored this a 7.
I'm looking forward to your next entry. |

Item no. 5by hanserikComment: One of my pics at the top!
Guessing salt crystals, backlit, rendered in black/white?
Well done! |

Balls of Fireby labudsComment: Friggin' awesome! I laughed when I compared the title to the image. WELL DONE and I wish all the best in the challenge! The colors of the graffiti in the background are a fantastic addition. I like everything about this shot. One of my picks at the top.
PS - Shouldn't it be, "Ball of Fire"? |

Through a Glass Darklyby daisy77Comment: I like the idea on this shot, but for me the problem is the focal point.
With such a tight focus, I would like to see the focus on the base of the glass, or perhaps the opening. Really the base though, as that's where the brightest lighting is. (my two cents) |
