Maidenhairby donenrightComment: Nice picture - but it doesn't meet the challenge, as it's not "High Contrast" in any way... |

Golden Glowby sherpetComment: I'm not a sucker for sunset pictures - actually I find most of them boring.
Your shot here is one of the few exceptions to the rule. First of all because it's a little different from most sunsets: There's no horizon and theres no sky. The other great thing about it is the composition with the "golden triangle" in the corner - and the square format is just perfect for the picture.

Rock and Rollby robinssongComment: Great idea - I like that...
However, I think the lighting could have been better and the background isn't the best either. |

Ball on Square of Tileby ltaylorComment: This is so cool :-)
My only objection: The bottom right corner (and tiny bit in the bottom left). It would have been better if you had tiles there too...
Maybe a little more contrast too - but that's a minor detail. I'll still give you and 8... |

Pink balloon, green bridgeby fredandaudComment: In my opinion this doesn't meet the criteria of the challenge as defined in the description: "Gather exactly two objects that are completely unrelated (for example, a carrot and a yo-yo) and make some sort of sense out of their combination, photographically speaking." |

Dragonfly Pearched on a Weedby woodseyComment: To me this does not meet the challenge "Unrelatedness". To me this challenge suggests that you should show a picture of two elements that are not commonly seen together, and I don't feel that to be the case here. |
