Bracketing your exposure here would have given you more options in post - the sky is completely lost on the left side. This one is a prime example for HDR techniques. Nice framing, though -the railing really completes the image for me.

Love the colors & composition, but it's a bit overexposed & the sky is blown out entirely - I know they're expensive, but a graduated ND would have really helped in that regard. Using some full ND to extend the exposure would have softened up the water cascades nicely which would have really added some depth to this one. It's worth doing over with the right tools or even trying several different exposures & combining them with Photoshop to get the perfect composition.
