I think this photo would have faired better in the body parts challenges, most people probably won't consider this a portrait. |

Great use of contrast here! Really a very striking picture! I love the placement of the lips and the eye. Only thing that bothers me is the very bottom between the two posts... Not sure whats there... but it detracts slightly from the photo... Still a solid 9! Nice job. |

Neat idea and good result. I think a little more hinge so we don't have to figure out what it is, or no hinge at all. It starts to take on a whole different look as I scroll it up getting rid of the hinge. |

I would almost like to see a bit more of the face. The shadow from the door covers up even more than what is 'suposed to be' covered up. Your focus and clarity are great though. Lighting might be a bit harsh on the left half of the door, making the shadow really dark and slightly distracting. Good luck in the challenge. |
