The shot was done with two backgrounds (balck and white) at 90 degrees, and a mirrow at 45 degrees next to the black background.The mirrow was reflecting the white background. The shot was taken facing the black background.

I like it a lot, although the black side seems to add very little to the shot. The portrait simply in the white is excelent. Perhaps if a little bit more of the face were visable in the black side it would add a lot more to the shot. I do like the concept though, and as I said the expression and mood just of the white side are enough to make this a great shot. 10

a classic positive and negative matrix....... the standing pose is little stiff but overall a genuine and interesting statement......

great shot....nice lighting, but maye a tad too dark on her head on the left side of the image....also i wonder how it would look if the mirror was angled a little more....the top more toards the left and the bottom more towards the right

I really like how you have done this. With the black and white 'background'. The portrait is nice, very nice looking model. I like the angle and framing/cropping. The focus and clarity are good, and the lighting is very nice. The shadow on the dark half (the left) isn't distracting, but quite noticable. would probably be hard to tone that down though and still get the same effect. Great shot. Good luck in the challenge.
