 The blue of this building is natural. No blue filters or any other color changing software used. I did up the vibrancy, luminosity and contrast somewhat though.

The building in the image is the ROC building in Nijmegen.
ROC Nijmegen is a Regional Teaching Centre. It offers students, both young and mature, courses in secondary vocational education and in adult education. In addition it provides contract teaching for companies and institutions. Approximately 12,000 students are enrolled at ROC Nijmegen. The centre has over 1,100 staff. The Netherlands has scores of ROCs. Some 40% of the inhabitants of the Netherlands are following or have followed a course at a ROC.
