 This idea came to me in a dream. I haven't entered many challenges lately and really hadn't planned on entering this one but I woke up with such a clear idea of what I wanted to do I felt like I had no choice but to enter. I decided I wanted it to have a Norman Rockwell feel to it even before I started shooting. My outfit and facial expression was chosen specifically for that style. Of course after shooting I did the processing I usually do for my Norman Rockwell shots. I have to say I was not at all disappointed in this shot it turned out almost exactly how I imagined it would. Especially since I had my 5 year old pressing the shutter button for me. She just sat on a stool next to the tripod and watched a movie on the Kindle and pressed the button when I asked her to. Worked much better than my remote :)

Thanks for all the great comments. I was really excited to get the blue on this one.
