 Single shot taken in a dark room with mirrors on all sides. I suspended a flash with a gridded snoot on the upper right mirror to control the light fall off as much as possible. The flash is cropped out.

Really like the way it came out because I really didn't anticipate the reflections would show all the different profiles. I envisioned the reflections all being the same reflection; the flash side reflection repeated over ad over again the way you typically see the effect. It didn't occur to me that the mirrors in a four sided room would actually pick up how the profile would look from all angles front, back and both sides, or that they'd produce them in a circular pattern.

But, that's what it does.
