 HArd to get more red than this scene. These are the chairs in our soon to be "defunct" auditorium at work. We thought 5500 seats would be enough, but in typical Epic style, we have outgrown it. Now we are putting the finishes on a 13000 seat auditorium. I wonder what color the seats will be in there.

This was shot with my Lumix LX7, on my way back to my office from lunch. I thought about going back to shoot the scene with the magnificent 5D mark iii, but I really like how this turned out, so no need to go waste time. :)

Once again, keen observers may recognize these chairs from my Row S entry.


I like that I have recently found new angles/techniques/views on similar subjects. To me, that says I'm expanding how my mind thinks about scenes.

Thanks for the votes and comments all! I thought I had a chance at the blue when I took this, but as Neat has correctly pointed out, I'm allergic to the color blue :)

Ha, Mike! I did not know that you were an Epic-ite! We drive past Epic City several times a year; our son goes to UW Platteville. My wife is also an Epic trainer for Aurora.
