Disqualification Details
The Expert Editing rules do not allow the use of the text tool, or of any tool to add text to an image. Currently the only legal way to get text into an expert submission is to photograph the text and add it as an image layer. However, due to the confusion regarding use of text in this challenge (it had been flagged as permitted in challenges I and II and was inadvertently omitted in this round), we have opted to issue DQs "without penalty", meaning that this DQ will not be considered when evaluating possible future suspensions or self-DQs.

The long perspective here well enables the fog. It's also dreary and lonely. Not that that's a problem. The fog seems to start a bit abruptly.
