| challenge met. i like how you filled the photo with your subject, and the decision to not crop off any of the edges of the peel, while unusual, works well here. so do the bright, vibrant colors against the nice evenly black background. the arrangement of the peel is very nice, too. the two things that i don't like as much is the glare on the orange in front, holding some paper between the lightsource and the orange could alleviate that. the other thing is the frame. it is light blue, a color that doesn't go with anything in the photo, and, worst of all, it is totally asymmetrical. i'm almost thinking light blue was your background color and you cropped the picture in a way that left it to be the same size as before and allowed the background to shine through. |
