| Thanks for all the compliments. It's hard for me to understand the comments saying that the shot wasn't from the ground up. This gargoyle is only five inches tall and sits on my desk! |

| Great idea. Wonderful smile. The more I look at this one the more I like it! How close to the ground were you though? I know cropping sometimes removes the feel of being close to the ground even if you are . . . |

| Not bad for OPA (other people's art). I love shooting stuff like this, but usually don't display it. Just my thing. Nice open shade with good detail in the shadows. The bg would be better even more oof, but you know how that goes; I'm sure you were at max aperture. Maybe from just a little higher / farther back to include more eye. |

| I love the angle and the composition in general of this photo. The depth of field is excellent! This is a very nice photo. I think it's one of my favorites... well.. wait a sec.. hmmm... i see something wrong.... this is VERY wrong... I see a purple pixel in the ear just to the left of the eye socket.. a randomly errant pixel.. man.. this blows the whole photograph... I don' tknow if i can score higher than a 1 for that... bummr... I dunno.. I may need to consult with the higher powers on this one.. I'm thinking hard now... well.. i guess this photo is worth one of my highest ratings on this challenge anyway... Excellent job! |
