 Ha! Thanks for the reminder Anita ( Neat). I'd meant to put the story background in here and got distracted.

So ... yes, we're still active in Boy Scouts these many years later and this shot was taken during an overnight canoe trip the Troop recently took. We were packing up on Saturday morning and I was putting gear in my kayak when I noticed my son and a friend goofing around while putting their tent away. The backlighting just kicked in while it was taking place, the fog and the sun peaking right at this moment. I'd already put my camera in the dry bag and was frantically pulling it out to capture the boys messing around. It was quite a hilarious scene. My son's friend was holding one of the tent poles up high and my son was trying to grab it. Boys being boys. This shot is taken after they were done goofing around.

I really like how this makes me feel warm when I look at it. Could be the grins of the boys, could be the golden sparkly vegetation. But it gives out an abundance of warmth. Very well done!
