Very clever recreation :) |

cute idea, I would get rid of the swirl's behind blue clouds, and tone down that towel. |

Good job with quite a lot of set up work. The white towel is kind of blown out losing the detail. Too bad. |

Like the way you used the fabric in the background -- it echoes the clouds on the product label nicely. The only thing I think needs a bit of work is that the towel seems a little bit too bright. I only get texure on it around the edges. |

Well done recreation of a popular ad campaign. I love the colors. |

i want to beat up snuggle. looks like a real advertisement though. |

very good idea but a little washed out on my monitor. you have Apple or PC? |

On my monitor the fabric the bear's holding is blown-out. Otherwise, excellent composiional job replicating the layout on the bottle. |

Almost perfect reproduction, only problems is the white towel is overexposed. |

Pretty wicked overexposure on the top of the bottle and the towel. Nice colors, though. |

Sure a bright, cheery picture, nice focus, and neat backdrop. The towel is a little blownout though. A tad darker would probably cure that. But, good job. |

is this called plagerism? creatitivity lacks photo lacks depth and contrast. |

I think I gave this photo a high score because of the color in it, as well as the nicely in-focus grass. The only aspect of this photo that bugs me is the white blanket. You want really vibrant colors to show off how great the softener is, but here it is so white that it loses its texture. It might have been better to try other colors of blankets, if you had not done so. Maybe even a more "warm" color would have done well. Nice shot, though :) |

how did you get the towel and bear to look so fake? you must tell afterwards...this is a great ad |

The photo does a nice job of duplicating the ad, but the towel is too bright and the details are washed out. I love the dandelions! |

This is really nice but the towl is a little overexposed. |

very sharp picture, the blanket seems a bit too white |

Very nice advertisement. The white towel seems to be overexposed though. |

very very well done. the background is the coup de grace. yeah it's a little overly lit/pushed levels, and i understand you were going for clean and fresh but it's still a bit much. also too much space to the left of the jug. should have gone in tighter. |

very set up, but very well done, with that. |

What's up with all the squigles behind the cloud fabric? Other then that I really like it. |
05/07/2002 09:27:00 PM |
Great idea. It looks like you have overexposed to the point of washing out much of the detail. Keep up the effort. |

This is actually a very good shot.. but what kills it for me is that the bear is not the same bear. You've chosen an easily recognizable subject.. and its done well.. but not seeing the bear I'm used to seeing makes this one a tough call. |
05/07/2002 02:27:00 AM |
This is well executed, especially the lighting. The white on the towel seems to have blown out a bit though. I don't really think it's very effective to just reproduce the imagery from the front of the product itself though... it's kinda repetitive. |
05/06/2002 10:40:00 PM |
this is pretty good. would have been better with the actual snuggle soft bear, but they're probably not easy to come by. |

nice idea, good colors, too much bright on the white. |

Nice set up. Towel is kind of blown out and dandelion in foreground out of focus. |

I can smell this fabric softener as I look at this photo. Nice job! |

Not sure of all that you've done here? Painted, and filters? It's attractive, and it's selling Snuggle. |

Wow, it's clear you went to quite some effort to make this shot; cloud background, well placed flowers, props, etc. It would be much better if the lighting was as soft as the the theme. The harsh blown out highlights kinda spoil it. |
05/06/2002 07:45:00 AM |
is that snuggle's cousin? |
05/06/2002 07:44:00 AM |
Hehehe. The snuggle bear FAKE on the right made me laugh a little bit. Great shot, and the background you put up looks great too. |
05/06/2002 06:33:00 AM |
Did you copy this out of a magazine? That is really good. Is that real grass? Was it shot in sunlight? The only complaint I have is that there is too much light. You can't even see any texture on the front of that towel. |

This is a winner ! I love it ! GREAT job ! |

White is a bit washed out, but its still a beautifully done shot |

the white is keeping it from a higher scrore |

cleverly done, nice colouring but pity about the burnt out white. |
