 Taken on a piece of leftover 5% car window tint with overhead desk lamp covered with a sock to cut down the harsh light.

Nice use of lighting & reflections to your advantage.
Color & clarity here are very nice, withouty being over-saturated.
Perhaps a tighter crop to remove some of teh area on the bottom may help keep the focal point on the ring rather than fighting with the reflection (6)

This is the first time I've seen during this challenge where I've liked the reflection of the jewelry. Good job. Admittedly the blown out portion distracts, but I'm still giving it a nine for how ell the reflection works.

A very interesting image and quite an attractive ring. There is some detail lost which the reflection hints at. The tones are just so warm and lovely. Bumping up.

excellent use of reflection here and great lighting in the amber, my only slight complaint is that my focus is drawn off the stone slightly into a small bright hotspot to the left of stone where the arm comes up as there is more light than the rest, very minimal I might say and a truly remarkable submission, go dluck this is one of my faves so far :0)

Now the low key is done very nice here. The clarity is good and the color saturation is nice. the reflection really allows the buyer to view the ring all over. well done. 9

I tried to get reflections like this on my submission and had a very hard time. You accomplished what I could not. Great job! Sometime, I'd like to know what you used to light the ring. Good luck

Can't decide if I like the reflection or not....would have been a good place for some text (in the reflection area). Otherwise, I like the photo. Clean and crisp - well lit. Good luck in the challenge.

Lighting and composition are pretty good, but it seems like the focus was off some so you tried to fix it with some sharpening. This usually ends up with results that look overprossessed.
