| Cool effect, but the blurriness and shadows, plus grain detract from the overall success of the image in my opinion. |

| Image is poorly lit, very noisy, and OOF. For a free study, the standards are quite high, and this image (although interesting) simply has too many technical problems to warrant a high score. Sorry for the honest opinion. Maybe others will disagree. As for me... 3 |

| cleverly taken but flash seems to give that halo effect which is maybe what you were going for |

| if this wasn't so grainy, I think it would score much higher. Or maybe even just focusing on the hand with the light coming from it instead of the person and all the background. |
