 it will be interesting to see how this does. the major problems i have with it are: noise/quality, and the camera focused on the trees(I NEED AN SLR).

post processing: crop, curves, desat, burn tool, resize, border, neatimage

A little harsh on the lighting. A nice candid capture and has lots of human emotion here. Maybe B&W would help the lighting/coloring.

Great light and I really like the exposure values in this image. I believe you could have achieved an even greater impact if you'd lost the frame to the right of the tree. There's nothing there and it would have then shifted the subjects onto the thrids line. Try it, I'd be interested in your thoughts.

This is really a sweet shot. I find the background the tiniest bit distracting, would love to have seen a bit shallower dof, but the expressions on their faces is fairly compelling.
