| beatiful tonal quality; she looks like she's glowing. the shirt is a bit too bright - I have no problem with whites in a photo, but in that part of this composition, they are distracting. I like the texture of the background, which is complex enough to keep some interest while subdued enough to keep the focus on the subject. the sharpness of the hair is well done also. the pose and expression look genuine. |

| I love this photo. i have returned a couple of times now to have a closer inspection in the hope that i can replicate something in the same vicinity on my own. Its an absolute winner and out of over 800 shots an absolute stand-out, which is quite an achievement. irrespective of where you place (and I can only hope it is in the ribbons!), you have done an amazing job. 10 (obviously). | I like the way the paint splashes on the wood behind her are so similar to the color of her hair. The saturation is pushed past my normal preference, but I really like it for this image. 9, good luck. |

As she looked at mom walking away, she realized she had indeed gotten away with eating that cookie before dinner.
Colors are great here. The reds against the background door really make it stand out. Sweet, innocence with a hint of mischief. |
