A shot of a lemon tree flowers. Isn't that where lemons come from? =\

Without the title, this would be just another picture of flowers to me. I am assuming that this is a lemon tree? I've never seen one before, so please forgive my ignorance. Setting that aside, the lighting is beautiful on this and the contrast of the colors to the green background is great. There are no funky shadows or bright spots, so this in an overall nice photo. Thanks for the view of the lemon tree (IF I'm right in assuming that's what this is) Good luck in the challenge.

Good subject. Overexposed due to center-weighted metering. Seems that the white balance is a little blue-green.

green leave on right distracts and leads the eye from beautiful flower

Very pretty, but a difficult concept to have promoted had you not entitled it. The picture doesn't really speak for it's self. I still like it though.

I'm usually not much for flower pictures but I like this one lots. The detail is exquisite. Balance and overall clarity is great, although I found the bluriness in the background on the bottom left to be a bit distracting. I know somethims, though, there's just no way to crop or eliminate that sort of thing. Beautiful color and light.

my initial reaction was 'that photo needs to be rotated'. the top left flower seems to be the dominant one and it gives the appearance that the photo is on its side. in fact, so do the leaves on the right. i like the colors of the flowers, but personally, i think the composition is too busy, maybe if you had focused in closer on one of the flowers ... but that's just my personal taste. -- gr8photos (4)

Pretty but not grabbing me. Would like a bluer sky (I know I know, I am a fussy b*tch!)

Nice flower shot :) One thing that you can try sometime in this type of photography is to hold a dark cloth up behind the flowers to remove any distractions from your background. A dark background on flower photos quite often makes a great enhancement to the detail of your subject :) - jmsetzler

Good closeup, but a little too bright. More texture may help as well.

This photo seems almost perfect, other than a bit of graininess. The light especially is very gentle, so the delicate colours and textures of the petals are well exposed. The composition is beautifully balanced and contemplative.

So that's what they look like! :-) Very nice

It looks like the sharpness is a little too high.
