This photo makes no sense...I do not see how there is a connection even with the title...
I could stipulate that this person (in the photo) is enjoying their first baseball game...this being their new experience...Alternatively, if they were not in the photo, I could stipulate this is a new inning or the beginning of a new game...But I can't make a clear and distinct connection here.

This is a nice photo. Is this a new stadium? I don't know much about baseball (only that they have a strike planned for the 30th) so I wouldn't know what stadium this is or who was playing. I actually went to my very first ever baseball game on Thursday. It was just a local team, but they are owned by the Huston Astros, so it was cool. I like the grass, it looks new too. And it always seems that way. looked like a great day for a game, and great light for taking photos. Good luck in the challenge.

Evokes a good sense of being alone, whether it's something new though, I don't know. Good colors.

This is a great shot, but I can't make the challenge connection...

Great perspective shot. I felt like I needed to lean over to see around the guy in front of me.

A pleasant picture, just not sure of the relevance to the challenge...

New baseball field? The head and shoulders in front of you is very distracting and breaks up the shot alot. (no 2nd baseman, pitcher, catcher, batter.....) Was it cloudy? What happened to the blue sky, I see the sun shining on the field. Lastly without point attached, the red bar...on the left seems straight, on the right of the head/shoulders it's jagged (on my screen). 5 Swash

I'm just not sure how this fits the challenge subject?

While I like this photo for it's perspective, I don't think it expresses something new, unless we're talking about the sod.... hmmm..... nice work by the photographer though.

Oakland Coliseum?
08/12/2002 02:20:00 AM
I don't really see anything new here.

Nice shot, but the relevance to the challenge is a problem.
