it's a little too plain for my liking, sorry. Maybe if there was an object on one of the corners, or a brighter coloured cloth perhaps

The light on the image is soft, focus appears to be off and the image would benefit from bolder colors.

A good concept, however would have been even better with a stronger colour tartan.

sorry, but lighting flat, pov ordinary, pattern not very strong of compelling.

The seam along the bottom is a bit distracting, and wish it were in better focus with more contrast.

The image lacks contrast and depth which makes it feel "flat."

I actually find the colors to be too subtle. I would be willing to bet that people will mention the wrinkles and folds in the fabric. I like it, they add a dimension to the shot. If they weren't there, you'd have a shot of a placemat.

This meets the challenge as far as presenting a pattern, but lacks a bit as far as a photograph. It's kind of bland - there's really not much to see other than what appears to be a plaid sheet or pillowcase. If you're interested, I'd be happy to suggest some things to try to reshoot this to make it a bit less plain - feel free to PM me.

This photo could benefit from either brighter lighting, or brighter patterns. The image looks very flat overall.
