Perhaps not the most "wow" shot in the challenge, but certainly one of the most heartfelt, and that part transmits very, very well. A lovely photograph and tribute. Brings with it a deep sadness and respect. |

I think this image transmits with intensity a deep feeling of respect. I hoped to see it in the first page. Anyway congratulations. This is an excellent photography |

I was hoping this would do better. But my lighting was not the best and it was hot and my husband was wore out from working all day.
I feel so sad for the loss of this fine young man and and feel sad for all that are left behind. My prayers and thoughts our with you all. I know words can't make the pain go away. These are the last 3 verses of a cowboy poem I found on the internet called "Tribute To A Cowboy" I thought they were fitting.
The only comfort I have found
That puts my grief to rest
Is that God only takes the top hands
Because His crew's the very best
We still cry and we sure miss you
And all the things that might have been
But God needed one more cowboy
And He felt you'd fit right in
So He sent down all His ranch hands
An extra horse stood at their side
Then he softly whispered to you
"Saddle up, my friend, let's ride"

nice sentimental concept
composition looks a bit unbalanced to my eyes. I think it needs more room in the left side. |

A well crafted photo that should do well. Only nit would be to tone down the highlights in the bg a little. Good luck in the challenge. |

A beautiful tribute to a fallen cowboy. I like how the horse senses something serious is going on. |

Nice tribute. I really like the pastoral feeling you've captured. The horse appears to be bowing his head in silence too. I can also see he wants to sniff at the model too! :)
Great capture and one that I am sure Sean would have liked. |
