What a great idea....I may try to mimic you....I look for a unique picture for our annual American Heart Run and Walk fundraiser...and this may be the idea for this year....

| Lovely sharp details, lovely texture within the ice and nice reflections from the ice and the melt-water. Great bokeh in that background too. All good. |

This image makes me think of someone who is cold and bitter.
Composition is good. I really like the blue tone used.
I wish the background was more uniform. The bright area in the top left of the photo is distracting. I also wish the photo was a tad darker.
This is still a great photo. |

| This could use a run through Neat Image or similar. Very well executed otherwise. I like the centered square crop choice, but I don't like the beveled border. I've got a personal angst against beveling, but I'm not voting, so it won't hurt your score from me. |
