Took me a while to figure out that the image inside is a piston. Most probably wont get what the object is. (guys probably will) The message is well understood though. I think this idea has potential. But it has some minor issues that could be refined. The 'hole' looks odd, the shadows are harsh and the hot spot on the top right is distracting. I like the texture in the oil can and the black and white coloring.

Interesting idea, maybe a heart rather than a piston?? I am not sure how the piston was inserted, but the strong shadows don't appeal to me...but they are integral to the image somehow.
