I experimented with tighter crops on this one (since cropping was the only real criticism I drew other than the title) and almost entered one. For this particular challenge, though, I wanted to make the treasure "hidden" and it was much more obvious with tighter crops. Also, it removed most of the cornucopia which made it lose a little something to me. |

This is a really good picture but you would have been a top 3 if you would have zoomed in a bit and removed everything that had nothing to do with the pumpkins.
Congrats on your new Personal Best (PB). Again welcome to DPC

It wouldn't have better if she was posing. This is priceless! (I wonder what those who gave "1"s were thinking...)
Congratulations on a strong finish and top 10!!! |

This is cute! I didn't see the girl at first. Love how she kind of blends in with all the pumpkins. Great setup for a kid shot. |

Very cute, I wish the child stood out more from the pumpkins....it took a minutes to realize she was there. |

Best hidden treasure I've seen so far! I had to do a double take to see her. |

Poor kid... If one of those roll on him erm her, will the photog assist or take an award winning photo instead? I might have cropped a bit tighter to get rid of annoying background right top. Otherwise well spotted, colour co-ordinated kid, and "sit-still" sweet bribery with the little sucker ;) |

charming and amusing. I can imagine another shot taken from a lower angle with her peeping over the top of those foreground pumpkins. I know it can be difficult working with kids (but she looks to be taking her role very seriously. LOL )
good luck |
