Very glad you did so well Harvey! Such an interesting mix of whites and browns on him. I'm so used to green heron, its cool to see such different colours and tones. Plus a nice shot to boot!

| First ribbon? I was sure about the FS of the Polinator to shine more but am glad that these little birds get enought attention. These two shots look like perfect designs for somptuous silks. Congratulaions! |

I apologise, I am new to this and you are "stuck" with my comments. Pls. realise that this is *my* learning curve more than yours!
a nice take on the theme. What a great photograph - when i grow up I want to take pictures like this :-). I like the colour combination - both subjects (branch and bird) really stand out from te background. Nice composition. Only negative I can find is that the left side of the branch is slightly out of focus |

| Perhaps a teeny bit over-denoised/smoothed but still very nice, I like the relaxed colours and the bird is beautiful. I like the bokeh too; nice image. |
