I really like the light and dark curves along the top. Nice composition. Near perfect capture (tiny bit soft on the focus maybe). I'd get rid of that bright white spot post challenge. The reflection is really cool too.

the part in focus is really cool .. i think it should be closer to the viewer and get rid of that out-of-focus \"what the heck IS that\" right in the middle of the bottom :)

good idea. i think a different composition would be nice.. something cleaner.. with maybe some writing and one good "blot"... also only need one pen and shouldnt place it right in the middle.. maybe off to the side

I opened this and then went off doing something else ... when I came back and looked again... I couldn't for the life of me think of what the challenge topic was! *lol* creative for sure.. it's a good clean shot and fits the challenge even if i dont like looking at dead fish much

This shot works well in duotone. I actually think you could adjust the black level a tad to give even more contrast with more darkness in the shadows. I personally don't have a lot of emotional interest in the shot. Technically it's quite good, but without something more... it's more of a stock shot than something to hang on the wall obviously. I do really like how the light is spreading out though.

I'm not sure what the composition restrictions were, but it'd be nice if you could've framed it from a different angle so that the big trailer to the left of the bldg weren't showing. Awesome colors!
