The Lonely Parkby SlowPoetComment: What is the subject, trees or playground equipment? If the playground stuff was not in the shot I think this would fit the challenge even better. |

Wall Flowerby sharkavComment: This was taken with flash on camera... you need a more powerful flash or a diffuser for the one you have . A contrasting background will set the subject apart. bring the subject a couple feet in front of the wall and shoot evenly across the wall not to an angle which is why the drop off on the flash is so apparent. |

The Final Piece of ...by GeneralEComment: In minimalism; the subject should consume only a small portion (how much is debateable) of the overall image. If the puzzle piece were in focus and the rest of the puzzel burred or background to the piece, that would be minimalism. |

My Little Sushiby rlinn3Comment: Good interpetation of the challenge. lighting on the top and side of the sushi would give it dimension. the whites could be whiter (IMO). |

The Feast !!!by ashishkushwahaComment: How much can a little ant move.... after you completely tramatized the little guy, I hope you let him go with his egg? Technically, pure white backgrnd, nice saturation on the egg, just to bad the little guys tiny legs are all but gone. He needs a good meal. |

American Flagby sabphotoComment: Having a Navy son, I can appreciate this image.
From the title I understand the subject to be the flag, but the image tells me the subject is the swabbie. |

Out of the Blueby rsaulyteComment: Congradualtions, good shot. Either a square or 4x5 format crop would alieviate the drop off at the bottom of the image without diminishing the impact (no pun intended). |

So close...by bikefreakComment: Love the depth you acheived and point of focus is right on. Nice example of Minimalism as I understand it. IMO, the blue/magenta cup and ball contradict the lush green grass. Adjusting the colors to natural tones would make this a stronger image, again IMO |
