I'd like it much more if his ears were in the correct position and if there were some light in his eyes. Also, I think a little more depth of field would have helped.

The beads of sweat on her face are reflecting a lot of light which draws attention away from the girl. I'm left staring at all the the shiny-ness. Cool hair.

Flash is too bright (or whatever the light source was) ... and you can see where you've decided to selectively blur (middle boys necklace looks like a smoke ring). One boy has his eyes closed. Nice idea though.
