Reminds me of Librodo's work even more with that name under the title now. ;-)

Congrats on a well-deserved top 10.

Congrats, Mehmet! A fine exclamation point on your interview. So... what's up with the 1-3 votes?

I can't really say this meets the challenge of shooting a PERSON, but it is a good studio portrait. Good overall lighting, color and focus (I'd just like to see the eyes a little better).

Fabulous expression. The background looks artificial around the shirt and hair, and the arm is a little overexposed, but still one of the better images this week.

A fine portrait and among the best here. Two complaints... the bottom right corner is overexposed, and the background color is too close to that great hair to make the subject stand out. Fix those, and you're in the top 5.

This belongs in the top 10. Reminds me of Librodo's moody portraits. Contrast is just a bit too high for me though- a little more light on the left would balance it out nicely.

One of the better shots this week, and I attribute a lot of that to your expressive little model. I think the red light on the left side works against you, and this particular shot might have been better without the high-key treatment, but B&W might solve both concerns.

A very good portrait and interesting angle (probably top-20). The color on the left side looks great, but the yellow (blond) light seems to camouflage the subject rather than highlight. I think a more neutral light source would provide a better contrast.

One of the better shots in this group, but a little to tightly cropped for me, like an uncomfortably close conversation. Color and exposure are good, yet the focus looks soft on the sides- a bit more DOF would help.

Technically excellent and a good expression. This is one of those "just doesn't speak to me shots," but I can't put my finger on the reason. I think if the background were more interesting, it might give the image better context. Still a very good portrait.
