A Service To Your Countryby maxjComment: Nice idea. Colors seem a little over-saturated, and I'm not really sure what I'm supposed to be focusing on. The grave marker in front of the potted plants? (that's where the focus of the camera seems to fall) If so, a slightly different angle so we could see more of it would be good. |

The Corner of Wallaby and Jollyby megacool24Comment: Though the branches on the edges are a good step towards natural framing, the composition of this could be improved, in my opinion, by placing the signs somewhere other than dead cener. |

To be or not to be?by sofapComment: NIce title, very intersting perspective for the shot. Make it more realistic feeling, as awful as that is, than many other suicide-themed shots. I think you'll get a lot of people for whom the subject is very unappealing, which will negatively affect your score, but you did a nice job with this. |

Up or Down?by thomaspeopleComment: Composition is great on this. The focus falls somewhere between the controller and his head, I think....would be nice to have it on one or the other. Looks a little pixely/grainy, did you crop the original a lot? |

To feed or not to feed?by vtruanComment: Oh, this is a great capture of the moment. Went on my favorites. What are those critters? Decently composed shot; I can't decide if I want the rest of the kid's head in it...I think it works the way you have it. |

Wings on flowerby bkvelComment: DOF is nice, and I really like the difference in lighting color/quality between the main part of the flower and the "wings". I'm really struggling to see the decision here though, if you can clue me in that would be great but for now I can't score this, in this challenge, as high as I'd like to. |

Not to drink and driveby cabaComment: Perspective is interesting....is it from somebody lying on their side? Or just tilted in general? The long exposure worked well here, and the angles make this a unique shot. |

"SAFE" said the Manby coolharComment: Would love to have a little more in the frame on the bottom so we could see the runner's contact with the ground and base. Possibly from a slightly different angle too so everybody's not in a straight line. Nonetheless, this is a good capture with dead-on focus. |

Ready to drink or past its prime?by sbeaumontComment: Beautifully done shot that requires the title to meet the challenge. The lighting is great and focus is really sharp...reflections in the glas are a little distracting but incredibly difficult to avoid, so I won't come down too hard about that. I suppose you could rig something up so there's a black screen in front too and shoot through a hole in it (that's just a thought here though, I've never tried anything like it). |
