Child Ninjaby levyj413Comment: I wonder how this might have done in black and white (out of the camera obviously for this challenge). It seems to score averagely well, but I wonder if the vividness of it hit against the minimalist theme perhaps? |

Nocturnal Discoveryby Blue MoonComment: This is a great shot of the little guy. I think shallow DOF shots tend to underscore on here really. |

Ducks in the Mistsby NikonJebComment: I think for this I would have had to go one way or the other with the depth of field. Either drop down and attempt to bring the duck in to focus, or push the focus further away. As it is my eyes are drawn back and forward in an awkward manner. The general composition though is outstanding. |

Loneby skewsmeComment: This is a fantastic shot with an eerie quality to it. Quality job. |

It's all in the eyeby BrookiedComment: Great job here. The b&w conversion with the selective colour works well with the texture and level of sharpness that you have captured. |

Froggyby KelliComment: So close to a 6, really deserved one I think for this shot. Maybe you hit the camera's limits with the sharpness as focus looks on to me and the bokeh fits nicely and blends well. |

Deer Hereby xianartComment: Yeah. Personally I think it's a well-toned and detailed shot, but you were always going to get killed by the strict DNMC crowd. Shame. |

You eatin' MY corn?by snafflesComment: I'm not entirely sure that I agree with the too dark comments here, only a small part of the animals' fronts are dark on my screen. Would probably have been a difficult shot to meter, too, what with the contrast. |
