 I had a blast doing images for a client so had to include this image for the challenge.

BTW...there was no straigtening of this image and it definitely wasn't a simulator...lol!!

Interesting last minute voters hammered my score, although at rollover 4 votes were wiped and the score went from 7.3984 to 7.4597.

Damn low fishy voters out there...go and find something better to do with your time. LOL!

It is all about the lens. The wide angle lens is perfect for shots like this.

Looks HDRish? That almost makes it look fake but I know it's not. Awesome shot. Love the details and the brilliance. Congrats on first place.

Wow.... real picture with a camera, fake with a computer simulation both of those scenarios in my book deserve an 11 - though we all now this is real .... wow :-)

With only one vote lower than a 5 and the 4 votes that got wiped having an average score of 5.5 I don't really think you can complain about low voters, or rather I look forward to the day I'm in that position =). Congrats on the blue!

Firstly congratulations Judi. My 9 would have counteracted the ahole troll votes :) Secondly I didn't mean to imply it was a sim, merely that it could be mistaken for one. Photographing flight sim LCD's is near impossible :)

This is cool. I don't know any helicopter pilots, but guys I know who fly small fix wing say flying is a rush. My top pic for the challenge so far. I see a ribbon for this one.
