This is a real wood duck, not a wooden decoy duck. :-) I never would have had the guts to enter a decoy! [And thanks for the fave!]

mea culpa! I was wrong. I looked at this a long time before voting, and even googled a few wood duck pics to be sure (surely wrong, as it turned out). I had you at a 7 before I lowered my vote, so cost you a spot in the challenge. At least now you have an explanation for one of those low votes. Sorry. Made the pic a fave to make it up to you ... and to remind me of my mistake. :)

lol -- top 10, with a wooden duck! I gave you a 3 ... great photo, kind of wild, but no "life". The eye gave this away as a decoy. If I'm wrong, and this is a real duck, I owe you a big apology. Either way, congrats on a great finish in this challenge!
