even though this ribboned, it doesn't look like a "typical" posthumous image to me, which is one of the things I liked about it... but clearly dpc begs to differ.
I love birds, I love captures of large numbers of birds, especially when they can contain the chaos somehow, as your does. congratulations. |

You seem to be doing very well with the bird shots that you previously claimed to not do well... Please stop shooting birds... :) (It's cruel... .. .. No, not to the birds, .... To everyone else vying for a ribbon :) )... |

The idea behind the Posthumous Ribbon is to encourage you to break the rules, to find new and different ways to express yourself. To free your mind to think clearly toward the solution that is certain to come, to laugh at world and at life, not doing what others are expecting you to do, but just following and listening to what's in your heart. DPC it̢۪s a wonderful learning place where everyone should be supported on their way to be a photographer. A special attention should be aimed to those working hard with different views and approaches to photography, those not aligned with the mainstream taste and receiving no recognition. It̢۪s our responsibility to support these photographers creating diversity and expressing different visions. Being active at the Posthumous thread it̢۪s the best way to do it. Being active at the Posthumous thread it̢۪s the best way to protect your and the other̢۪s freedom of being different. Thanks for taking the time to enter this challenge. Stay wild. |

Great lines, great color. The number and arrangement of birds is hard to believe. Quite a scene. The two lone fliers give it a nice balance and some motion. Cool shot. |

Tough call on my top 3 for this challenge, so I am going to give you and one other image a tie for 3rd cause I had to pick 4. Great lines and colors. Surely wouldnt have been the same minus the two flying birds. This just brought a smile to my face. Very very pleasing. For that I give this image a . |

thats really amazing amount of birds on lines! wish you would have done it in B&W the colors are way to saturated |

Not entirely sure the oversaturation/topaz-effect of the clouds works here completely - but I love this shot too much to dislike the processing. Honestly - with this type of shot, I would have gone with a high contrast b/w. 9 |

No doubt, one of my favorite : great sky with nice textured clouds, the rows of birds add an interesting symetry and to cap it all the flying birds !!! |

Such an excellent composition. The V shape seems fitting for obvious reasons, not to mention the way they frame the two birds in flight. The clouds add drama. Not crazy about the vignette, but maybe that's just me. |
