If only u could have moved some of the elements away, it would be a perect score for me! I love this shot, in a way. but i would get rid of most of the elements, like the bag and stuff. Just leave a piece here and there to give an "abandoned" look to it.

Even though the titles goes against the challenge theme, one can't say this bird is looking from the inside or not! U could have positioned the camera behind the bars, or either inside a cage, and the bird could be looking into it! the point of view can't define if it's from inside or not (although logic tells us where the birdie is at).
It's an ok pic!
