The Artist by scalvertComment: The painting is fantastic. I'd like to see it in full after the challenge.
I'm not over keen on the photo though - technically it is good, but nothing else really appeals to me. |

Church Spiresby KonadorComment: Well composed, and the colours are great. A little dark at the bottom maybe.
I'm not convinced this is the best subject for this softening effect though, I think I'd prefer to see tall the detail nice and sharp. |

Hard November Windby kaske666Comment: Heheheh, superb. The motion of the pedestrians is great, and the high key look works really well. |

foggy mornby ellamayComment: Gotta love foggy tree shots. Personally I would have cropped a chunk off the top, and probably cloned the gulls(?) out. Seems to be suffering from some fairly heavy jpeg banding too :( |

The Deliveryby GolferDDSComment: This is pretty good. Certainly not a subject I would ever have thought of using, or expected to see in this challenge. The base photo is obviously good and well composed and the effect works well with it. |

Fallen Leavesby agwrightComment: Technically good, but the subject doesn't appeal to me. I guess the main problem is the murky looking water. The water drops on the leaves are very nice though. |

Suburban Impressionismby smokeditorComment: Very nice colours, however the bottom of the house being cut off doesn't appeal to me. I feel like I'm only seeing a part of a bigger photo. |

Mauve Reflectionsby kosmikkreeperComment: The colour is great, and while I could probably live with the soft look I don't like the big black blotch across the photo at all. What is it? |

Stroboscopic Flowersby JackoComment: The rotation is a bit too much for me. It gives a decent painted effect, but almost makes me feel dizzy!
It is growing on me though. Gonna bump it up from my initial ranking. |
