Gone Apeby elijahjallenComment: I think in your attempts to increase contrast, you lightened the wood too much and darkened your main subject too much losing detail in the gorilla. I do however, like your idea to have kept the grass with some color and I do like the composition alot. |

America's Heartlandby GeocideComment: Not sure why you chose to include so much of the sky in half of the photo. It appeaers that because of that the main focus of your photo was underexposed. I think a landscape format would have been better. |

Jack Frost Felt Abit of a Prickby MartinComment: I like this picture alot...I like it the way it is, without any changes. The border is actually perfect and what makes this picture so special is the out of focus background and the soft brownish tones, which not only give the picture a unique feel, but the whole picture reminds me of a Chinese print. If that's what you were after...very well done. |

Acid Rain Showerby EnzoComment: Great vivid colors and I like the way the rain drops catch the light. Very good contrast, detail and DOF. This photo definitely captures my interest and holds it. |

Summeryby ThomasComment: Wonderful vivid colors and compositional props that certainly evoke a feeling of a certain kind of weather. If I have any issue it's that the colors may be a bit too saturated for my liking. For instance, I find the red cap to the suntan lotion to be bright. Hey, how about a beach date? :) |

Spring Thawby mariomelComment: Compositionally I would have preferred for you not to cut off the rocks in the lower right hand corner, as well as, to crop out the upper third of the photo. I don't think it adds anything to see above the area of the ocean where it changes color from light to darker blue. This picture has a lot of potential and I love the vivid blue colors and the how you captured the mirror like quality of the water on the sand in the mid forground, just above the rocks. |
